Not a pro,
I must admit, but these are some shots taken today. However, this lens is definitely pro-capable. Focussing is smooth and coupled with the focus peaking found on the A99, they can be very accurate. However, set wide open, there are more misses than keepers. Overall, its a nice package! Very much usable, compact and the rings rotate and clicks nicely.
